Situated on the shores of Lake Texoma, Pottsboro provides a peaceful and scenic retreat for the Feast of Tabernacles. Lake Texoma is home to two state parks—Lake Texoma State Park in Oklahoma and Eisenhower State Park in Texas—along with two wildlife refuges, 54 parks, and 12 marinas, making it an ideal location for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Pottsboro itself is a quiet lake town, offering woods, parks, and a relaxed atmosphere. The Feast site is located at a world-class golf resort designed by Arnold Palmer, providing a beautiful and high-quality setting for attendees. Recreational activities abound, with options such as fishing and boat charters, power boating, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, and personal watercraft sports. Due to its size, depth, and extensive shoreline, Lake Texoma has become a major sailing center, making it a fantastic spot for water enthusiasts.
